Rental Equipment
Mars Mineral offers a complete line of rental equipment for applications requiring on-site testing, pilot scale runs, plant demonstrations and product development. The rental equipment is available on a minimum one month rental period, with portions of the rental fees applied to the purchase price of our equipment.
The equipment is available as single units or as mini-systems that include dust bins, feeders, conveyors, binder additive systems and control panels. Special arrangements can also be made to provide pre and post pelletizing equipment such as size reduction, mixing, drying and screening. Deep Drum Pelletizer
The Deep Drum Pelletizer is an inclined drum unit featuring an integral feeder, adjustable operating angle and binder spray system. Units Available are the Model D-20, rated at up to one (1) TPH and the Model D-30 rated at up to three (3) TPH.
Disc Pelletizer
The Disc Pelletizer is an inclined pan device featuring an adjustable operating angle, variable speed pan drive, adjustable pan scrapers and a binder spray system. Units available are the Model P-30, rated at up to 3/4 TPH, and the Model P-45, rated at up to 2.5 TPH.
Pin Mixer
The Pin Mixer is a pin-type solids processor that is equipped with a rubber chamber liner, variable speed rotor drive and a binder spray system. Units available are the Model 8D32L, rated at up to 10 CFH and the Model 12D54L, rated at up to 40 CFH.
Ampel Horizontal Pelletizer/Conditioner
The Ampel Horizontal Pelletizer/Conditioner is a single shaft mixing device that features a flexible rubber trough bottom, shaft mounted reducer and a binder spray system. Units available are the Model A-150 rated at up to 3 TPH.
DP-14 Agglo-Miser
The Model DP-14 "Agglo-Miser" is a multi-depth, bench scale Laboratory pelletizer that can be used as a Deep Drum or Disc Pelletizer. All material contact surfaces are constructed of stainless steel. The unit is complete with a binder spray system.
Mobile-Pak
The Mobile-Pak is a portable pelletizing system that contains all the components of a pelletizing system. This unit is available equipped with the Deep Drum, Disc, Pin Mixer or Ampel pelletizers for versatility in a number of applications.
All of the above pelletizers are available from stock or upon the return from a previous customer. All units are shop refurbished prior to sending to assure trouble-free operation at your facility.
Qualified start-up assistance and operator training personnel are available on a per diem basis.
